EDG is looking for a strong leader experienced in the design and construction process to join our firm as a Job Captain. We need someone who is ready to learn what it takes to be a Project Manager in our office and has the ability to delegate and work with a variety of staff.
To be a Job Captain at EDG you must have adequate work experience and a degree in Architecture from an accredited university. Candidates must have solid experience with Contract Administration and consultant coordination. All candidates must be skilled in design, building technology, contract documents, and AutoCad. You will participate on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Our specialty is restaurant design, therefore, a knowledge of interior design practices is required, preferably in hospitality.
The Job Captain assists Project Managers and Principals with the development of design drawings, contract documents and details for highly detailed custom projects. EDG offers an excellent opportunity for people to work in an appealing field while allowing their personal excellence to be recognized and skills honed.
